Project Planning: As a Team Lead I was responsible for planning goals and processes for the duration of the semester-long project. My Co-lead and I frequently met after the project had begun to realign and adjust our plan and milestones.
Alignment: As a researcher, it’s important to categorize findings in a way that makes them easy to 1) communicate to others and 2) organize in your brain. This image shows an example of how we broke down our findings into takeaways, insights, and rationalized action items. All of these were compiled into our design documentation.
